Just a few delights? I'm not big on posting food photos, even though I usually document a lovely plate as a reminder.

This lovely Plate was prepared by 'Per', one of the co-owners of Maison Siran who has another house in the village. (He can use his share of Maison Siran time for visitors.) Per also prepared a lovely gravy/sauce using the meat juices. Also served: local wine!
