I'm interested in the pyramid as a modern architectural form, and more
generally as a deeply rooted archetype.

The Hall had at least 24 sets of light fixtures .. perhaps 6 rows by 4 rows. Each fixture had four pyramids. Each pyramid had a 300w incandescent bulb on a dimmer. Fixtures could be raised or lowered independently. Steel frame, fiberglass, painted white.

Recent Discovery at the Great Pyramid.
This is a 1995 news article from a London newspaper about the
exploration of a shaft in the Great Pyramid via robot which lead to an
unexpected suprise.
The project to take a look beyond the end of the shaft leading out of the
Queen's Chanmber via optic fiber was to happen in May 1996, but the
antiquities director refuses to work with the original engineer.
