From their website: The building is the largest pyramid in the southern hemisphere. It has a floor space of 5000m2. Its dimensions are 45 x 52 x 27 metres high. Among other things, it houses a Tuatarium Gallery for the captive Tuatara breeding programme!

From Waymark.com: Southland Museum and Art Gallery is a centrepiece in Queens Park. Featuring an exhibit on the sub-Antarctic islands and local wildlife and geology, both of which are rather dated. However, it has a breeding tuatara program.
